Company responded quickly to my request for Garage Door service. Technician was actually able to arrive early for my scheduled appointment. The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I had expected to need a replacement remote and replacement Door Opener. However, the technician (Marvin), showed me the error of my ways with my universal remote, and with replacement of some pulleys and wheels, and some lubrication, the door opener is working well. In fact, both openers and Garage Doors are opening and closing very smoothly. Thanks Marvin!

We choose Precision because of the ad in the Clipper magazine and researching Precision reviews on the internet. This the second garage door opener installation done by Precision. Both openers were installed professionally by technician Jeremy Molay. Jeremy was selected because of the great job he did on the first opener and that he knew the product well. Jeremy left the garage clean and the only evidence that he had been here was a new opener. Because of the fantastic job performed by Jeremy, we highly recommend Precision.

Just as promised Daniel showed up on the agreed install date & time and was here for 2 hours taking the old garage door openers down and installing the new ones. This was such a pleasant experience as compared to waiting on Sears to show up for 2 weeks to install their units and after four appointments that they never called or showed up for. I highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a GREAT product and GREAT service to call Precision. Daniel was Great!

The garage door would not close during cold weather but worked fine in warm weather. I talked with two other garage door repair companies and neither had ever heard of that before. So I called Precision and they were familiar with the problem. The repairman showed up on time, replaced the sensors, gave other options for replacing worn springs, etc, and was finished in less than an hour. Great Service and professional presence.
