Can't believe how quickly you can respond to a call! Jeremy was here less than 20 minutes and fixed our issue. A couple of weeks ago my neighbor couldn't get their door open and asked me if I knew anyone who could help them. I gave them your number and you were out the SAME day to help them! Paul was fantastic! Arrived on time, told me how long it would take to install the two garage doors and the openers. He was dead on. Explained what the process would be, and worked very professionally. He answered any questions that I had in advance. Marvin replaced one of the original (circa 1988) door openers today with one that not only doesn't squeak, but is so quiet that it is almost totally silent. My garage door opener malfunctioned and I was locked in/out. Called these folks after hours and was surprised to be able to talk with a live person who listened to my dilemma and told me someone would be here sometime between 8-10 am the next morning. Sure enough, Jeremy called to confirm he was on the way at 8 am but would be a few minutes late due to an accident. He arrived about 8:30 and had my garage door working like new in less than an hour! He was very courteous, professional, and competent. He had the parts he needed on the truck and the charges were very reasonable. I breathed a sigh of relief and enjoyed listening to my door operating quietly for the first time in many months. Thank you Precision Door!
