Have used only Precision since we purchased our home over 20 years ago. They have always done an excellent job. Marvin replaced one of the original (circa 1988) door openers today with one that not only doesn't squeak, but is so quiet that it is almost totally silent. My garage door opener malfunctioned and I was locked in/out. Called these folks after hours and was surprised to be able to talk with a live person who listened to my dilemma and told me someone would be here sometime between 8-10 am the next morning. Sure enough, Jeremy called to confirm he was on the way at 8 am but would be a few minutes late due to an accident. He arrived about 8:30 and had my garage door working like new in less than an hour! He was very courteous, professional, and competent. He had the parts he needed on the truck and the charges were very reasonable. I breathed a sigh of relief and enjoyed listening to my door operating quietly for the first time in many months. Thank you Precision Door!

Today was the first time I have ever used Precision Garage Doors and I decided to try them after reading their reviews. I definitely will give this company a 5 Star rating too. The young man who was my service man was very professional, well-mannered and polite. He went over my options with me before he began the work and we discussed which would be best for me. There was absolutely no pressure or any additional fees. He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the service quickly, then going over every detail with me. He is an asset to this company. He cleaned up everything and asked if I had any additional questions or concerns before he left. And he thanked me for doing business with this company. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend and use Precision again.

Recently had to have springs in garage door replaced. After getting some quotes, contacted Precision Door and it was the best and most pleasant choice I made.
