I had a broken chain repaired today, and Paul did a great job. He was scheduled to arrive between 12-2, and he was here at 11:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem (why he thought the chain broke), completed the repair to his standard (replaced the whole track and chain), and even inspected my other garage door to make sure I wouldn't have a repeat issue with that door. He was efficient, friendly, answered all questions, and explained his work. And, since I was using Precision as an "out of network" contractor through my home warranty company, he even spoke with the warranty company to explain the work to ensure they would reimburse me for the work. I would easily recommend Precision Door Service and Paul to any of my friends and family. Great job today, Paul! Oh, and thanks for buying some of my daughter's Girl Scout cookies, too! HA!

I was very much impressed on Precision Door Service. The technical problems were mainly our garage door opener was not working, the service teck took his time in inspecting the track of the garage doors and oiled them down really good! He went the extra mile and really cared about the job he did!! He figured out what was wrong with my garage door right off the bat!! Very knowledgeable!! Good job. His work was very much appreciated., and his kindness too!
