I had a broken chain repaired today, and Paul did a great job. He was scheduled to arrive between 12-2, and he was here at 11:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem (why he thought the chain broke), completed the repair to his standard (replaced the whole track and chain), and even inspected my other garage door to make sure I wouldn't have a repeat issue with that door. He was efficient, friendly, answered all questions, and explained his work. And, since I was using Precision as an "out of network" contractor through my home warranty company, he even spoke with the warranty company to explain the work to ensure they would reimburse me for the work. I would easily recommend Precision Door Service and Paul to any of my friends and family. Great job today, Paul! Oh, and thanks for buying some of my daughter's Girl Scout cookies, too! HA!

His work was very much appreciated., and his kindness too!

Arrived on time and performed repair timely and was thorough in explaining the problem and recommendation. Suggested options but did not pressure me with an up-sale. I used this company for a door replacement and new opener on a different door and have been satisfied both times they did work for me. I have been happy with the work and the technicians. Very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.
