My experience was excellent all around. The process of requesting a repair visit was quick and simple with instant feedback as to when to expect a technician. Service was scheduled and Marvin (the technician) was at my house just as had been promised. This was a great experience. Had an issue with a garage door opener. Found this company online. Booking appointment was quick and easy. Appointment window was 4-6, at about 5:00, I received a call from the tech apologizing for running late. He told me he would arrive about 5:35, well within the window. When Jeffery arrived, he was very courteous, nice and knowledgeable. He found and repaired my problem. Jeffrey B. gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. We discussed my repair request for a frayed cable and he checked the overall condition of all working parts of the door. He then presented a few options to consider along with estimates. Once the decision was made, Jeffrey completed the needed repairs in a timely manner. I backed into my garage door damaging the lower panel. Precision sent someone out to my house in 4hr period. Mr Marvin R came out to give me estimate for repair however unable to repair and needed a new door. However, I was not ready to pay price of new door. He was very patient and explained my options for new door and offered financing options. Very polite and courteous. After speaking with my spouse about options, we may need to call Precision back for the work. I really believe from the 1st experience already being positive, I will enjoy working with the company if I choose them to complete the work.

Fantastic service! Daniel and Luke called before coming over and did a thorough pre-inspection of our situation before doing anything. They told us what they saw, gave us options as well as their opinions about what they thought would work best. The ball was completely in our court and we felt no high-pressure sales marketing. Our builder had the R Mt garage door company install our new door. It was about the worst install job I’ve seen. It was so loud you could hear it over the tv from the opposite side of the home.
