I selected Precision Garage Door Service based on an experience with them several years prior. It was easy to schedule with full disclosure regarding inspection costs. My service technician, Marvin, called before coming to my home and his projection of arrival was precise. He explained what would be beneficial to repair before major problems occur and was transparent regarding the options available. He did so in a completely non -pressure approach. This is the second time I have used Precision, and I was very pleased with their troubleshooting and service. First time with them was a couple of years ago when they installed a new garage door opener mechanism and replaced a worn panel on my garage door. On this call they had to troubleshoot a strange noise with my garage door and very were efficient and courteous. They also explained everything they were doing to rectify the issue that had caused it and how to avoid it in the future. I will definitely use them every time I have a garage door problem. I chose Precision because I saw you sold "Lift Master" equipment, have been in business for a number of years, and had good customer feedback ratings. Also liked the tone and feel of your web page. A little surprised at the cost to replace 2 springs but most things blow me away at their cost these days. Technician did a real good job, was prompt and a very effective sales person you might enjoy knowing. Will use you again unless I find somebody significantly less expensive - but probably will not.
