We were interested in upgrading our garage door opener with something that included MyQ functionality. Precision was great to work with you for the whole process. I called in and had an appt setup very quickly. Braxton came out the next morning and even came earlier for us. He did a great job of talking through our options and needs. After we selected the new unit he had it professionally installed in less than an hour and walked through a detailed post install setup with us. Great experience from start to finish!

Precision Garage Door Service has always given us quick, efficient and professional service. Every technician that has come to our home has been very respectful and competent. Kevin repaired our garage door today, but because our door is over 20 years old and continues to need repairs, we have decided to buy a new garage door. I got to admit expectations were low when I called based on past experiences with service providers, but Precision Door Services blew me away. They were here within 2-3 hours after being called and the service tech Daniel explained everything needed and any options offered. I was looking for the best solution for my non-functioning garage door. Kevin showed up and might’ve been wearing a red cape! He swooped in and said all the right things to help me calm down about all the mess that things have been in. Within a few hours, he fixed my garage door and all access issues. He knew exactly what to do and made sure everything was working before he left. He was the perfect solution to what’s been not perfect lately. What a blessing!

Daniel was incredible! He kept us in the loop on his arrival status and arrived right at the start of our appointment window. He was super friendly and professional.
