The technician,Marvin called to see if he could come earlier than the appointment time which I gladly said that it was ok to come earlier. The repair to the garage door took less than an hour. He was courteous and professional. The broken parts were removed and the work area was left clean. Very satisfied.

My doors were installed yesterday and Jeremy Molay did an outstanding job. I could not be happier. I love them. Jeremy was so nice and professional. He explained everything and asked if I had any questions. Cleaned up all the little bits and pieces. Every company should have "some" Jeremy's. Jeff the owner needs to clone him.

Jeremy Molay was the technician and I give him 5 stars. The garage door would not open so he had to walk through the house to check on it, decide alternatives to fix the problem and discuss them with me, back through the house to get equipment from the truck and back to the garage to fix the problem. Very reliable young man.

Hi, Jeremy repaired my garage door (replaced the springs and cables). Jeremy called to discuss the problem before my appointment. When he arrived, I am thankful he adhered to CDC covid 19 guides. He was very professional and kind. He checked the door, explained the problem, the cost and made repairs timely. He showed me how the door work after repair. I chose Precision because of past experience. They have installed multiple openers for me on several different garage doors. The products have performed well over a long period of use. My issue this time was faulty safety sensors which Marvin Roby, the technician, replaced. He was very helpful, and went out of his way to address all of my needs.
