I had a broken spring and couldn't open my garage door. I called Precision and the CSR said she would have a tech out in the morning. Braxton and Nathan called and said they were on the way. When they arrived they evaluated the problem and gave me options for the work. They were very friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. Precision Garage Door was very responsive. I called to schedule service on a Monday afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. Daniel, my repair technician, made a quick and effective fix to my Liftmaster system that had a twisted track and kept the door from moving. He was very knowledgeable about the system and how to prevent from this happening again. Overall, it was outstanding service. I would highly recommend them.

Brittain Poehler did a fantastic job, took his time to explain everything to me & answered all my questions in detail.
