Getting an appointment with Precision was easy, and Kevin showed up on time. He explained everything he was going to do and then went right to work. In less than 30 minutes he was finished with the adjustments. My garage door was like new. The action was smooth and quiet. I couldn’t believe the difference. I won’t wait so long between adjustments again. I would rather have periodic maintenance than have to purchase a new garage door. I heartily recommend Precision for all your overhead door needs.

I called Precision to repair my garage door that was not operating correctly. The lady that took my phone call was very nice. I was able to get someone out the next day between 8:00 and 10::00. Marvin called me, said he was on the way. Arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very nice and professional. Repaired a wiring issue that had been rubbing against the chain from when the opener was installed years ago. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I called because one of my garage doors would not go all the way to the ground, even after I tried to adjust it, and left a gap that was large enough for small furry critters to crawl under. Marvin showed me that the door opener may eventually need to be replaced, but the more serious problem was the worn out bottom seal / weatherstripping on all of my doors. He got that job done and all of my doors are closed tightly again. Thanks!

We were interested in upgrading our garage door opener with something that included MyQ functionality. Precision was great to work with you for the whole process. I was looking for the best solution for my non-functioning garage door. Kevin showed up and might’ve been wearing a red cape! He swooped in and said all the right things to help me calm down about all the mess that things have been in. Within a few hours, he fixed my garage door and all access issues. He knew exactly what to do and made sure everything was working before he left. He was the perfect solution to what’s been not perfect lately. What a blessing!
