We were stranded with our car in the garage when our garage door failed. We called Precision and were told Kevin would be out between 4-6. Kevin was at the house by 4:10 and had us repaired in about an hour. He was so pleasant. Really enjoyed chatting with him and was so happy to get the repairs done and not need an entire system!

Precision was great to work with. Our tech was very knowledgeable, honest and informative. Even though he was there to replace springs he checked the integrity of our garage door. He also attempted to repair some broken hinges and did replace a missing bolt. We will definitely call upon Precision in the future.

We choose Precision door 11 years ago to supply and retrofit two new Garage doors in a house we bought. High quality doors and opener, installed quickly and efficiently. The door we use the most, east, several times a day, has worked flawlessly for 11+ years. It's torsion spring broke today, not surprising considering the cycles on it, and we needed it repaired ASAP. Without the torsion spring in operation this big insulated garage door is just to heavy to open safely manually. We called Precision at 0900, made an appointment, Precision traveled across our county, got there at 1:30 PM, on time, Replaced the torsion spring and adjusted the assembly and were gone by 2:30 PM. The door works great again and is even more quiet than it was. Fair price for great Service and Skill is always an end users bargain. We will call Precision every time for our garage door work, and we recommend them without reservation to others.

Great service! Very knowledgable, and quick to schedule! Our garage door spring snapped, and they were able to come out within a couple of hours to evaluate and repair it. When one of our garage door springs broke we contacted Precision Door Service at about 2 pm. We were offered a 4 to 6 pm time slot the same day. Due to a previous appointment, we declined same day service and was the given a 8 to10 am slot the next morning. The technician (Marvin?) notified us that he would be there at 9 am. He arrived promptly at the given time. He was very nice and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and completed the job quickly and professionally.

Very professional individuals to deal with. I have been using this company for years for my garage door openers and door repairs as needed. Always responsive and courteous. Gets the problems solved in a timely manner. Dealt with Jeff as sales person; excellent in answering questions as needed. Dealt with Marvin as installer; he was very thorough; courteous; timely in installation process. He also did an excellent job in cleaning up the doors and the basement area around the doors. The phone representative took my information and provided the available times for my garage door repair. The technician arrived right on schedule and advised what needed to be done. My technician was quick. He was efficient. And he was a fun hang. We exchanged jokes from stand up comedians. I quoted Nick Thune. He quoted George Wallace. It was a blast. The garage door works well. It was definitely a cheaper and quicker fix than I initially thought it would be, and I have a good joke added to my joke rotation.
