Good & fast service by Precision. My only problem was really with the chamberlain circuit board that went out on the brand new MyQ linkmaster unit they installed in March 2022. Realize that this garage door was NOT used on a daily basis only sporadically. How could something that’s a little over a year old go bad? Of course it was not under warranty. Bad workmanship or quality control with a chamberlain product as far as I am concerned ! At least I was only charged for cost on the board which was nice of Precision Door to do. Really shouldn’t have cost anything on a defective Chamberlain unit. That’s my only issue that I will complain to the Chamberlain company.

Kevin was awesome! I can’t believe how much he was able to help me. I had another company insist I needed $5000 worth of work. Kevin fixed one door in 5 minutes and priced the 2nd door for just a gear replacement well under the companies quote. He explained everything to me and showed me what was wrong with both. I’m blown away at the difference in competence and price. I’m so thankful for my experience and I definitely wouldn’t use anyone else.

Technician was sent to the wrong city, so very late. He was very courteous and fixed the problem. $165 for a five minute fix seems a bit exorbitant. May shop around next time.

Kevin is a knowledgeable and personable technician who offered advice that made sense. He pointed out the problems left by the original installers, including a poorly designed after-market flap that allowed excessive wear from the uneven concrete driveway. He made sure I got a military discount, something that I had overlooked.
