We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for many years at our Mountain Brook, AL home. We had them install three solid wood Clopay Doors which are a stunning compliment to our 1928 French Country stone home. We recently needed service and reached out to our contact person and owner Jeff Arno to learn the business has recently changed hands. We were truly sad because we just got the best service from Jeff. He assured us the new owners were just fabulous. I called them immediately and they were able to come out the same day. Daniel our regular service tech came out which was a nice surprise. He knows our property and is very professional. Our problem was fixed in 20 minutes. We are just so pleased. It is very hard these days to find companies who have a GREAT work ethic and customer service. Happy to see the new owners are following in Jeff's footsteps.

Garage Door has one of the rollers jumped the track on a Friday near noon. I was afraid I was going to have my door open until a repair on Monday. I called Precision and was able to get a late Friday appointment and my garage door fixed. Daniel arrive when he said he would was friendly and efficient, as well as a great representative for your company.

Precision Garage Door Service was recommended to me by a friend who had recently used them. Marvin was the technician who serviced my doors. He knew in a few minutes what my doors needed and he had everything on his truck. After I signed the work agreement he went straight to work and was finished in less than an hour. He showed me what he had done and now my doors are like new and are so quiet!

Getting an appointment with Precision was easy, and Kevin showed up on time. He explained everything he was going to do and then went right to work. In less than 30 minutes he was finished with the adjustments. My garage door was like new. The action was smooth and quiet. I couldn’t believe the difference. I won’t wait so long between adjustments again. I would rather have periodic maintenance than have to purchase a new garage door. I heartily recommend Precision for all your overhead door needs.

I called Precision to repair my garage door that was not operating correctly. The lady that took my phone call was very nice. I was able to get someone out the next day between 8:00 and 10::00. Marvin called me, said he was on the way. Arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very nice and professional. Repaired a wiring issue that had been rubbing against the chain from when the opener was installed years ago. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I called because one of my garage doors would not go all the way to the ground, even after I tried to adjust it, and left a gap that was large enough for small furry critters to crawl under. Marvin showed me that the door opener may eventually need to be replaced, but the more serious problem was the worn out bottom seal / weatherstripping on all of my doors. He got that job done and all of my doors are closed tightly again. Thanks!
