My garage door would not open/shut. I made an appointment online. Website is very user friendly. Technicians arrived at the time of the appointment. They were excellent, very professional and knowledge. My problem was fixed in about 15 minutes. This is the second time I've used Precision Garage Door Service to repair my garage doors. This is the second time I have used Precision, and I was very pleased with their troubleshooting and service. First time with them was a couple of years ago when they installed a new garage door opener mechanism and replaced a worn panel on my garage door. On this call they had to troubleshoot a strange noise with my garage door and very were efficient and courteous. They also explained everything they were doing to rectify the issue that had caused it and how to avoid it in the future. I will definitely use them every time I have a garage door problem. Great service!

I called Precision on Thursday afternoon and got scheduled for the very next morning. Daniel Hunt was the technician assigned to my location. He called to let me know he was headed to our home. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and gave me different options. After I chose the option, he got to work right away to fix the issue. He was very courteous and professional. We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for many years at our Mountain Brook, AL home. We had them install three solid wood Clopay Doors which are a stunning compliment to our 1928 French Country stone home. We recently needed service and reached out to our contact person and owner Jeff Arno to learn the business has recently changed hands. We were truly sad because we just got the best service from Jeff. He assured us the new owners were just fabulous. I called them immediately and they were able to come out the same day. Daniel our regular service tech came out which was a nice surprise. He knows our property and is very professional. Our problem was fixed in 20 minutes. We are just so pleased. It is very hard these days to find companies who have a GREAT work ethic and customer service. Happy to see the new owners are following in Jeff's footsteps.

Garage Door has one of the rollers jumped the track on a Friday near noon. I was afraid I was going to have my door open until a repair on Monday. I called Precision and was able to get a late Friday appointment and my garage door fixed.
