Great service! Very knowledgable, and quick to schedule! Our garage door spring snapped, and they were able to come out within a couple of hours to evaluate and repair it. Turns out, they installed the door many years ago (before we purchased the home). Will definitely call them again in the future!

When one of our garage door springs broke we contacted Precision Door Service at about 2 pm. We were offered a 4 to 6 pm time slot the same day. Due to a previous appointment, we declined same day service and was the given a 8 to10 am slot the next morning. The technician (Marvin?) notified us that he would be there at 9 am. He arrived promptly at the given time. He was very nice and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and completed the job quickly and professionally.

Very professional individuals to deal with. I have been using this company for years for my garage door openers and door repairs as needed. Always responsive and courteous. Gets the problems solved in a timely manner. Dealt with Jeff as sales person; excellent in answering questions as needed. Dealt with Marvin as installer; he was very thorough; courteous; timely in installation process. He also did an excellent job in cleaning up the doors and the basement area around the doors. I was well pleased with the process from beginning to end.

The phone representative took my information and provided the available times for my garage door repair. The technician arrived right on schedule and advised what needed to be done. Marvin was courteous and professional. I decided to go ahead and have the motor replaced as well while he was here. It is so QUIET compared to my old one. Marvin explained everything in detail including how to use the new keypad and how to lock the entire system when needed. Happy customer here.

My technician was quick. He was efficient. And he was a fun hang. We exchanged jokes from stand up comedians. I quoted Nick Thune. He quoted George Wallace. It was a blast. The garage door works well. It was definitely a cheaper and quicker fix than I initially thought it would be, and I have a good joke added to my joke rotation. Keep doing your thing Precision Door Service. And give my technician a raised. He crushed it.
