I googled garage door companies in the Birmingham area and decided to contact precision. I contacted them, they set up an appointment for Saturday, the technician called me to let me know that he was on his way. He gave me different options to choose from as far as complete replacement of the door system, or necessary repairs that would make the door fully operational again. We decided to go with necessary repairs. It only took him about an hour to replace the springs, cables, all of the rollers, and make final adjustments. He was very professional .

The Technician, Paul, got here, introduced himself and surveyed my garage door. It was obvious that the spring was broken but once he got on the step stop, he could tell that it had bent the door some and bent the frame some that goes down the middle. He replaced the spring today and gave me a quote for a much quieter motor and a window panel for the top panel. I’m hoping to replace those towards the end of the month. I am very pleased with the service and the warranty on it also. I can highly recommend them without any hesitation and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Today, 2/19/21, Precision delivered and installed two garage doors for me. The installer, Marvin, did an excellent job on both doors, paying strict attention to detail, so that I received the best outcome possible. Marvin was very professional, and was keenly interested in assuring that his work met my expectations! On my application, install time was about 2 hours per door. The doors not only look great, but they are insulated so that my garage may stay a bit warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summertime. I felt that the price was very reasonable, which is always a big plus! I highly recommend Precision, and Marvin, for garage door replacement or repair.
