These guys know their business and are very professional in handling it. They installed two openers for me on my utility garage and did an outstanding job - even making what turned out to be a simple fix on one of the doors to release the excess pressure in opening it manually. I recommend them as the best if you need garage door openers.

Our Precision garage doors were installed in February, 2016, and have worked flawlessly until one of the two began opening on its own after a storm last week. Apparently, this was a fairly common issue, but it was fixed in just a few minutes by the technician, on Monday morning. The service was friendly and excellent, and he showed me how thedoor can be adjusted if a similar anomaly happens again. Thanks for the great service.

We Originally chose this company based on the BBB rating, their website, and their reputation. We have used them three times for various repairs (we have 5 garage doors) and each time the serviceman was professional, on time, and did an excellent job. They offered options without high pressure sales. We feel they are honest and trustworthy. We especially like Jeremy and will ask for him the next time we need service. We bought a new house and the garage door opener did not work. We called Precision and they came out and fixed the problem immediately. Also our garage was a two car garage and the second door didnt have an opener. While they were there they gave a great price to get one installed. We ended up getting the one opener fixed and a new one installed. We were extremely pleased with the service.

My husband and I have used Precision Door for years. We purchased a garage door from them when we lived in Pleasant Grove and after the tornado in 2011 we moved to a new home but immediately called them to purchase a door for that home as well. The quality of their products is very good. Their service department is very dependable and efficient. Every one is very friendly putting the customer first for their needs to be met. I have never had to call them for a repair to the workmanship of the door. It was storm related with a power surge. I would give them a 5 star rating for sure.
