I chose Precision because of past experience. They have installed multiple openers for me on several different garage doors. The products have performed well over a long period of use. My issue this time was faulty safety sensors which Marvin Roby, the technician, replaced. He was very helpful, and went out of his way to address all of my needs. If you’re reading this review you don’t have to go any further to choose a terrific garage door repair or sales company Marvin was my technician call just like they said he was Toby was 70 minutes out got there in 17 minutes… :-) There’s been an issue with both garage doors have been painted and stuck and the openers just pull parts apart… Let him know we were selling the home he said well you don’t wanna spend a lot of money here’s what I can do… Siri had to go back to get some specialty angle iron in order to brace both doors up I told him he could come back two three days didn’t matter to me Marvin said I’ll be back today I want to clear this off and get you so you don’t have to worry about it Again call Rodney was 17 minutes out… :-) True to his word got there just then 30 minutes later both doors were working like champs I think they were probably better than they were before they got broken… LOL The reviews are correct! This is a quality company with quality individuals! Les

Having used Precision previously, I had no doubt with which company I would call to have the broken springs replaced on my garage door. Marvin is an excellent technician. I called because a piece of my garage door had become disconnected hence causing the door to operate poorly. Call me old fashioned, but when I hire someone to do something, I expect the job to be done right the first time?! That's why I have always relied on Precision Door Service to service and fix our garage doors. Just had one of their most reliable techs, Marvin, come out and install an ultra-quiet belt-driven motor and closer, getting ride of a twenty year old chain drive that made a lot of noise. He also found and fixed a really bad squeak in the track rail. Thanks Marvin and Precision Door Service!

The price quoted by Jeff for the equipment (complete custom 20' door system) and work performed was fair and reasonable.
