I arrived on Tuesday from work to find that my torsion spring had broken. Called and had the service call placed for the next day. The original openers are near 10 years old so I decided to get new units installed also replaced the other door spring. Marvin did an outstanding job. Prescion truly has some professional employees.

My daughter had used them the previous day and was very pleased with the service and the price. The next day I backed out of my garage before the door was fully up damaging my garage door and my car. This happened at 3:45 PM. I called Precision and they said someone would be out between 4 and 6 PM. The technician was kind, professional, and rectified my problem the same day it happened.
