If you’re reading this review you don’t have to go any further to choose a terrific garage door repair or sales company Marvin was my technician call just like they said he was Toby was 70 minutes out got there in 17 minutes… :-) There’s been an issue with both garage doors have been painted and stuck and the openers just pull parts apart… Let him know we were selling the home he said well you don’t wanna spend a lot of money here’s what I can do… Siri had to go back to get some specialty angle iron in order to brace both doors up I told him he could come back two three days didn’t matter to me Marvin said I’ll be back today I want to clear this off and get you so you don’t have to worry about it Again call Rodney was 17 minutes out… :-) True to his word got there just then 30 minutes later both doors were working like champs I think they were probably better than they were before they got broken… LOL The reviews are correct! This is a quality company with quality individuals! Les

I normally don't write a review on products. But, I need to here. Precision Door is a great company. My garage door is close to 50 years old and I have had Precision Door out to repair it a couple of times. After it could not be fixed safely. Precision Door pro-rated what they had already charged for the two times they worked on my door. And re-placed it with a new one. They were concerned about my family's safety on continuing to use the old one. They replaced it like I said with a new door at an affordable cost. The service techs were knowledgeable and courteous. I called several companies when my door first went haywire. All I can say is that Precision Door is a great company with outstanding employees and ownership. I recommend that anyone who needs garage door service call them FIRST. You will not be disappointed. Definitely FIVE stars.

These people are the most honest people I know in business. They came when they said they would and told me exactly what needed to be done and went to get the part and came back and fixed the garage door opener. They did not try to sell me a bill of goods that I didn't need unlike the person that came out before them and said I needed everything new. I would highly recommend Jeff and his staff and am grateful to the friend that told me about them.

The service man who came out was on time; very knowledgeable; made suggestions on how to take care of the sensors and even showed me how to change the light bulb that had gone out! Precision door service is how business should be done. I called Friday with an issue. The operator was very courteous and set up my appointment for the next day. This company is the real deal. They were the 3rd company I spoke to about the problem with my garage door, and they were absolutely the right choice. Very professional, courteous, and you can take them at their word. My technician was Paul, and he is absolutely the man. The coolest guy who seems to really know his stuff. He showed up in the first 15 minutes of the 2-hour window, and as we are still dealing with COVID-19 here in Alabama, I appreciated the fact that he was wearing a face mask. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, explained it to me in very simple terms, and made me aware of all my options. Everything he needed to do the job was in his truck. He was done in 45 minutes, cleaned up, and was out. I strongly recommend this company.

Precision has customer service and professionalism mastered! I was very impressed with the installer, Jeremy Molay. His knowledge, honesty and expertise was very refreshing and he was very professional. We had one of our two garage door openers replaced and the work was done efficiently and thoroughly. He even programmed the new remotes to work with existing other opener in our garage. I would highly recommend Precision!

Office staff professional and friendly when I called to set up service. The charges were explained to me before we set the time and date. The service technician arrived as scheduled and called prior to arrival. He went straight to work finding what the problem was and explaining the issue. He answered all my questions which, assisted me in making my decision. I chose to install a new garage door opener instead of repairing the one I had. The technician was not insistent that I needed a new opener and my current one could be repaired. However, due to age of the opener and cost difference I replaced my existing opener. All costs were discussed prior to the start of the work. After installing a new garage door opener technician reviewed all features and made sure I had no further questions. Since we are faced with the new challenges of COVID-19 the technician wore a mask the entire time he was here. I would highly recommend Precision door.
