We needed to update our garage door opener and Kevin Major was the man! He helped me figure out that was the issue before even showing up, helped us select the right opener for our needs and showed up on time early. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a tricky older door and Kevin went out of his way to make sure we were set up and happy with our install. Would absolutely recommend! Thanks Kevin!

I contacted Precision because of their professional look, BBB rating, and good feedback with individual worker profiles. My garage door was having a problem with the initial lift and popping up the first few inches then lifting smoothly. I figured I needed a spring replacement, but Paul came out and listened to me and watch then watched the issue. He quickly identified the issue and explained why it was NOT the spring. He showed me how the painted door was sticking to the weather stripping. After applying some painters tape to the back side of the weather strip I have no more problems. Paul was awesome, he’s my go to garage door guy now!

I arrived on Tuesday from work to find that my torsion spring had broken. Called and had the service call placed for the next day. The original openers are near 10 years old so I decided to get new units installed also replaced the other door spring. Marvin did an outstanding job. Prescion truly has some professional employees.

My daughter had used them the previous day and was very pleased with the service and the price. The next day I backed out of my garage before the door was fully up damaging my garage door and my car. This happened at 3:45 PM. I called Precision and they said someone would be out between 4 and 6 PM. The technician was kind, professional, and rectified my problem the same day it happened. I may need a new door in the future and will definitely call Precision. Quick, prompt, and economical. Overall very pleased with the service I received.
