I called Precision to repair problems with one of our garage doors. The technician, Jeremy, arrived at the appointed time. He was very efficient, and quickly diagnosed the causes of the problems. He also spotted problems with our other garage door, and was very clear and courteous explaining the problems and their solutions. Repairs were quickly and neatly made to both doors, and we are very pleased with the work and his professionalism.

This was the second time we've used Precision. Our fist experience was great, so when we needed another new garage door opener we called Precision again. I called because a piece of my garage door had become disconnected hence causing the door to operate poorly. I reached out via the website and then I called on Wednesday and had Marvin come the next morning! Service was polite, efficient from the beginning to the end. Call me old fashioned, but when I hire someone to do something, I expect the job to be done right the first time?! That's why I have always relied on Precision Door Service to service and fix our garage doors. Just had one of their most reliable techs, Marvin, come out and install an ultra-quiet belt-driven motor and closer, getting ride of a twenty year old chain drive that made a lot of noise. He also found and fixed a really bad squeak in the track rail. Thanks Marvin and Precision Door Service!

We are very satisfied with Paul as the service worker. He explained everything clearly. However the phone receptionist was not clear to explain the services fees. I requested several times for her to explain and she just kept restating the same thing. I cleary asked were both fees the expected payment wasn't provided a clear answer. Because we were not prepared we ended up paying some in cash and some card.

I could not have asked for better customer service. I called sat i belive after 2 pm. My garage door would not open in spite of my many attempts.called precision because they put in a new drive system back in 2017.spoke 1st to Jessica who listened to my request . Both our cars in garage to use b4 svc on mon afternoon. Jess had the owner jeff call me i explained my situation he asked me to go into the garage andhe verbalywalkedme through what may be the problem .after successfully discovering the problem he call the only individual Paul still left in the field. Paul came to the house after his last call after 5pm. Replaced broken spring. Tested system had a genuine positive attitude throught. ( ON A SAT EVENING WELL PAST 5 PM) i could not have been more pleased.
