I choose Precision because of your attractive add in the YP. The experience has bee encouraging so far. Paul came out DEC 5 and talked me into a new door . Troy is supposed to install the new door in the morning at 9:00. Now i find a $50 coupon on this web site. How cool is that ? We will have to see what happens tomorrow when Troy calls and shows up tomorrow morning at 9:00. I will let you know. Walter Rush

Can't believe how quickly you can respond to a call! Jeremy was here less than 20 minutes and fixed our issue. A couple of weeks ago my neighbor couldn't get their door open and asked me if I knew anyone who could help them. I gave them your number and you were out the SAME day to help them! Paul was fantastic! Arrived on time, told me how long it would take to install the two garage doors and the openers. He was dead on. Explained what the process would be, and worked very professionally. He answered any questions that I had in advance. He also made sure the entire work area was swept up so no loose screws were on the garage floor. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone who asks.

Paul was very professional, right off he observed the problem when I explained what was wrong. He explained the procedure what had to be done and calculated the total cost before starting. I came home one night and my garage door would not lift over 6 inches. I was able to chat live with Precision and schedule and an appointment for between 8 and 10 the next morning. The technician Troy came around 8:15 and by 10 I was all fixed. He ran quickly to get my part. I cannot say enough good about this amazing experience. Thanks.
