This company is the real deal. They were the 3rd company I spoke to about the problem with my garage door, and they were absolutely the right choice. Very professional, courteous, and you can take them at their word. My technician was Paul, and he is absolutely the man. The coolest guy who seems to really know his stuff. He showed up in the first 15 minutes of the 2-hour window, and as we are still dealing with COVID-19 here in Alabama, I appreciated the fact that he was wearing a face mask. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, explained it to me in very simple terms, and made me aware of all my options. Everything he needed to do the job was in his truck. He was done in 45 minutes, cleaned up, and was out. I strongly recommend this company.
