We were very pleased with our service. Jeremy was very nice and knowledgeable of what he was doing. He replaced the spring on one of our garage doors. If we have anymore problems, we would use Precision again. This is our second time using them.

We are new to the Birmingham area so when our garage door had problems, we took a look around at the options for repair. Precision was mentioned multiple times on our neighborhood's Facebook page as being a great company to deal with. The technician was prompt, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over what was wrong, our options, and the different prices for each. I felt confident in him, his work, and our decision.

The service was available immediately, performed quickly and professionally. I was given options and chose the one recommended by the technician. Would've given 5 stars, if it was for the technician, but for the service it's 4 starts due to the high price. However, they were available when no one else was. I recommend the service in case of emergency.

I contacted Precision Door Company to get me out of a jam after I backed into my garage door. The entire experience was easy and pleasant (not the damage I caused or the way I felt after being so careless) I received prompt professional service with a smile. The charges were very reasonable and the technician was extremely helpful. I was completely satisfied with the service provided and will gladly use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a new garage door, garage door repair or just updating their existing system (ie. exterior door entry pad). This is the second time I have called Precision Door Service and I could not have been more satisfied. The technician, Jeremy, was on time, friendly and more than qualified to perform the work. People are often more likely to write a review complaining about service than to complement great service. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. My hat is off to Mr. Kenny as well.

I will definitely use Precision Door for any future garage door repairs as well as recommend them to anyone. Daniel was prompt, well mannered and professional. He is one of the most professional techs I’ve been in contact with. Above all he is very good at his job. He removed the broken spring and had the new spring put on and fixed in 15-20 minutes just as he said. I will recommend Daniel to anyone and everyone that needs a garage door repair or anything that has to do with garage doors period. He is a great asset to any company. Precision Door needs to hang on to Daniel!!!!!

Great service from start to finish. I called for same day service and in spite of them having the day scheduled, they fit me in. The owner of the company even returned my call. The technician Troy gave a courtesy call prior to his on time arrival. Troy was quick and efficient and had the problem resolved very quickly. I was very impressed with the services provided by Marvin. He was professional, personable, skilled , knowledgeable and efficient in my repair. I would not hesitate to contact Precision Garage Door Of Birmingham for any service to my doors. I doubt I will have too bec as use the repair is excellent and should later for years. My doors were delayed being delivered due primarily to the Christmas holidays and a minor misunderstanding. That said, the doors and openers greatly exceeded my expectations. I went with the Amarr Designer's Choice 3200 series doors and the PDS800 belt-drives and they are worth every penny. I am a mechanical engineer and observed the technician pretty much throughout the install. I was very impressed with his organization, technical knowledge, and attention to detail (Nick Saban would have been impressed with his implementation of "the process"). The doors took a little longer to install than I think was anticipated but much of that was due to the quality of the door and the technician's patience to make sure everything worked flawlessly. My garage is in my basement and the belt-drive openers are so quiet that it you cannot hear them opening from upstairs in the house. No more having to wait until everyone is up before opening the doors!!! In summary, Amarr makes a great product my experience with both the owner and the installer exceeded my expectations. I probably could have purchased a cheaper set of doors but after 27 years of dealing with cheap doors with noisy openers, I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

When my garage door broke, I called Precision because of previous good experiences with them. True to form, they responded quickly, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately (broken gears and sprockets), gave me a price for approval and made the repair in 30 minutes or less. The service person was also courteous and professional.
