We had a great experience with Jeffrey from Precision Door Service. He came out to fix a mistake made by another company and handled everything with professionalism, skill, and a genuinely kind attitude. He explained what went wrong, corrected it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left — it’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. Highly recommend both Jeffrey and Precision Door!

The technician that came to my home was wonderful! Very courteous and efficient. Very pleased with the work he performed. He gets 5 stars! I was very disappointed in the gentleman in the office i spoke with. I asked him a question and he gave me bad information.

I doubt there is a better garage door company in the state of Alabama, than Precision Garage Door Service Of Birmingham. Brittain Poehler did a fantastic job, took his time to explain everything to me & answered all my questions in detail. Brittain did an amazing job explaining to me what he repaired and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. If you have any kind trouble with your garage door do not bother with anyone else.

Placed a call after for service around 12:30 PM after our garage door main spring suddenly let go. Technician Daniel arrived at 4:00 PM the same day with parts needed to replace the spring. He was professional, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. Excellent one day service.

We’ve used Precision for years, including a few years ago when we had all 3 garage doors and openers replaced. The work they did then was terrific, and the quick repair work they did this week was just as good. And, I arranged for the service call online and the tech showed up in no time, after giving us advanced notice of his arrival, and handled our issue on the spot. 5 star for sure!

We selected Precision Garage Door of Alabaster to install a new garage door at our mom's house because of your technician, Marvin. He had previously worked on another garage door for us in the past and the service was great. He is knowledgeable, professional, customer oriented, and a great representative of your company. Thank you, Marvin, for another job well done.

I chose Precision because I saw you sold "Lift Master" equipment, have been in business for a number of years, and had good customer feedback ratings. Also liked the tone and feel of your web page. A little surprised at the cost to replace 2 springs but most things blow me away at their cost these days. Technician did a real good job, was prompt and a very effective sales person you might enjoy knowing. Will use you again unless I find somebody significantly less expensive - but probably will not. Thanks, Jerry
