Brittain Poehler did a fantastic job, took his time to explain everything to me & answered all my questions in detail. Brittain did an amazing job explaining to me what he repaired and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. Placed a call after for service around 12:30 PM after our garage door main spring suddenly let go. Technician Daniel arrived at 4:00 PM the same day with parts needed to replace the spring. He was professional, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. Excellent one day service.

I chose Precision because I saw you sold "Lift Master" equipment, have been in business for a number of years, and had good customer feedback ratings. Also liked the tone and feel of your web page.
