Good & fast service by Precision. My only problem was really with the chamberlain circuit board that went out on the brand new MyQ linkmaster unit they installed in March 2022. Realize that this garage door was NOT used on a daily basis only sporadically. How could something that’s a little over a year old go bad? Of course it was not under warranty. Bad workmanship or quality control with a chamberlain product as far as I am concerned ! At least I was only charged for cost on the board which was nice of Precision Door to do. Really shouldn’t have cost anything on a defective Chamberlain unit. That’s my only issue that I will complain to the Chamberlain company.
