Your technician, Marvin, replaced my garage door and added an outside push pad entry system on my home 8-10 yrs ago. He was very efficient, explained everything well, & gave good service. So when the push pad mechanism needed replacement, I called and requested Marvin to help me again. Today he replaced push pad mechanism with same business like efficiency and kind demeanor.

I was having a problem with my garage door in Nov of 2016, called precision door out to fix it. They were quick to respond, professional service and we thought we had the door fixed, $190. The problem was that it wouldn't stay down, it would close and go right back up. It worked for a few days but went back to the same problem, it would work right for a few days and then mess up again for a few days. Back and forth. I contacted them a few weeks later and they thought it was the motor and that I would have to pay the full amount. I disagreed with that so I suffered with the door until Jan 1 of this year, I called them back and had them come replace the motor, I paid full price. he did have to come back the second day because apparently the first motor he put on was no good. Door is working correctly now, so far. Not really happy about having to pay the original $190 and the $577 for the second time. But the service guys are prompt.

We all know that we can always find something a little cheaper, but the quality of the service and the warranty that stand behind the product is always worth a little more. Technician was sent to the wrong city, so very late. He was very courteous and fixed the problem. $165 for a five minute fix seems a bit exorbitant. May shop around next time.
