Jeffrey was very professional. He explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. Shortly after he left we had a minor problem with another of our garage doors. Recently had to have springs in garage door replaced. After getting some quotes, contacted Precision Door and it was the best and most pleasant choice I made. Mr. Marvin came out and was punctual, courteous and just a very nice gentleman. He completed the job quickly. He also told me of some other options available thru Precision, which I am not in need of at the present, but will certainly give them a call when I do. My appointment was from 4-6. I was called around 3 and the repairman, Marvin, said he would be here in 20 minutes and he was. He recognized my problem and repaired it. He also provided me with information on my other garage door and suggested that I get it repaired soon, if not today. He repaired my problem and was very professional. I will call them when I have other problems.
