I was looking for the best solution for my non-functioning garage door. Kevin showed up and might’ve been wearing a red cape! He swooped in and said all the right things to help me calm down about all the mess that things have been in. Within a few hours, he fixed my garage door and all access issues. He knew exactly what to do and made sure everything was working before he left. He was the perfect solution to what’s been not perfect lately. What a blessing!

Daniel was incredible! He kept us in the loop on his arrival status and arrived right at the start of our appointment window. He was super friendly and professional. He even finished replacing the bottom rubber seal on the garage door in just 15 minutes! It’s clear he’s been doing this for over 10 years, and it shows! Daniel was an awesome technician, and his service was top-notch. I highly recommend him! 10 out of 10 stars!

I chose Precision Door when I needed a new garage door motor replaced several years ago. I needed help with a remote opener today, and they sent technician as soon as possible. He worked on things for me & now ‘all is good’ again. I like their efficiency and their rapid response when service is needed.

Fast, next day service. Very nice service tech. Only thing wrong is with new owners, they may no longer service our solar gate. Hope they change that decision. If we need garage door, we will certainly call on Precision. We did not require service on our garage doors today, but this survey will not accept my review unless I answer those type questions.

Precision scheduled me for the same day which was important as it was Friday and the car was trapped in the garage until the broken spring was replaced. Kevin called before he came, giving me 30 minutes to get home from work. He was friendly and was able to solve a couple of other issues with a 65-year-old door. He then gave me some tips of how to maintain the door.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Precision Garage Door. I placed a call on New Year's Day and the phone was answered immediately. She arranged my service call for the next day. Marvin, my service technician, called before he arrived and to check to see if it was okay to come earlier than my scheduled time. Marvin was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.
