The garage door would not open so he had to walk through the house to check on it, decide alternatives to fix the problem and discuss them with me, back through the house to get equipment from the truck and back to the garage to fix the problem. Very reliable young man.

Hi, Jeremy repaired my garage door (replaced the springs and cables). Jeremy called to discuss the problem before my appointment. When he arrived, I am thankful he adhered to CDC covid 19 guides. His knowledge, honesty and expertise was very refreshing and he was very professional. We had one of our two garage door openers replaced and the work was done efficiently and thoroughly. I called Precision to repair problems with one of our garage doors. The technician, Jeremy, arrived at the appointed time. He was very efficient, and quickly diagnosed the causes of the problems. He also spotted problems with our other garage door, and was very clear and courteous explaining the problems and their solutions.
