When my garage door broke, I called Precision because of previous good experiences with them. True to form, they responded quickly, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately (broken gears and sprockets), gave me a price for approval and made the repair in 30 minutes or less. The service person was also courteous and professional.

Can't believe how quickly you can respond to a call! Jeremy was here less than 20 minutes and fixed our issue. My garage door opener malfunctioned and I was locked in/out. Called these folks after hours and was surprised to be able to talk with a live person who listened to my dilemma and told me someone would be here sometime between 8-10 am the next morning. Sure enough, Jeremy called to confirm he was on the way at 8 am but would be a few minutes late due to an accident. He arrived about 8:30 and had my garage door working like new in less than an hour! He was very courteous, professional, and competent. He had the parts he needed on the truck and the charges were very reasonable. I breathed a sigh of relief and enjoyed listening to my door operating quietly for the first time in many months. Thank you Precision Door!

Today was the first time I have ever used Precision Garage Doors and I decided to try them after reading their reviews. I definitely will give this company a 5 Star rating too. The young man who was my service man was very professional, well-mannered and polite. He went over my options with me before he began the work and we discussed which would be best for me. There was absolutely no pressure or any additional fees. He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the service quickly, then going over every detail with me. He is an asset to this company. He cleaned up everything and asked if I had any additional questions or concerns before he left. And he thanked me for doing business with this company. Sept of 2018 purchased: PDS800 BELT DRIVE OPENER 7' Rail 3/4 HP DC BELT DRIVE, MANUFACTURE'S LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON BELT, MOTOR AND GEARBOX, 5 YEAR OVERALL,1 YEAR CIRCUIT BOARD, EXCEPT LIGHTING STRIKES. INCLUDES 2 REMOTES, 1 WIRELESS KEY PAD Marvin was the installer, on time, professional, courteous very pleased with the service. I experienced some issues with the opener - having to hold the wall button until the door was fully closed. 6/4/2018 Had a service call today that diagnosed a bad "Board" and a faulty light socket. Jeremy was the technician. Again, showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently; a pleasurable customer service experience. I would definitely use Precision again.

Precision's services were first class! We had not expected to find anyone on Saturday when our garage door got stuck in the "up" position as we were leaving. We choose Precision because of the ad in the Clipper magazine and researching Precision reviews on the internet. This the second garage door opener installation done by Precision. Both openers were installed professionally by technician Jeremy Molay. Jeremy was selected because of the great job he did on the first opener and that he knew the product well. Jeremy left the garage clean and the only evidence that he had been here was a new opener. Because of the fantastic job performed by Jeremy, we highly recommend Precision.
