Our Precision garage doors were installed in February, 2016, and have worked flawlessly until one of the two began opening on its own after a storm last week. Apparently, this was a fairly common issue, but it was fixed in just a few minutes by the technician, on Monday morning. The service was friendly and excellent, and he showed me how thedoor can be adjusted if a similar anomaly happens again. Thanks for the great service.

We Originally chose this company based on the BBB rating, their website, and their reputation. We have used them three times for various repairs (we have 5 garage doors) and each time the serviceman was professional, on time, and did an excellent job. They offered options without high pressure sales. We feel they are honest and trustworthy. We especially like Jeremy and will ask for him the next time we need service. I have now used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service twice over a several year period. Both times, they were prompt, complete, friendly and reasonably priced. I have their phone number written on the inside of my garage door so that should I ever have another door issue, I can quickly call them back.

Had a new garage door opener installed. Selected the belt driven w/outside opener and 2 remotes. Impressed with the unit but most of all impressed with your technician who did the work. These guys know their business and are very professional in handling it. They installed two openers for me on my utility garage and did an outstanding job - even making what turned out to be a simple fix on one of the doors to release the excess pressure in opening it manually.
