Today, 2/19/21, Precision delivered and installed two garage doors for me. The installer, Marvin, did an excellent job on both doors, paying strict attention to detail, so that I received the best outcome possible. Marvin was very professional, and was keenly interested in assuring that his work met my expectations! On my application, install time was about 2 hours per door. The doors not only look great, but they are insulated so that my garage may stay a bit warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summertime. I felt that the price was very reasonable, which is always a big plus! I highly recommend Precision, and Marvin, for garage door replacement or repair.

The technician was very polite. He examined the non-working door, diagnosed what was needed to repair it, gave me options to repair ot replace the broken items. There was no pressure to choose one option or another. He did not try to "upsell" any services or repairs. I am not your normal customer, I have a degree in engineering, I have installed garage doors and garage door openers myself. I repair cars and do a lot of "hands on" work. This Precision Door technician will be my requested technician from now on.

The technician,Marvin called to see if he could come earlier than the appointment time which I gladly said that it was ok to come earlier. The repair to the garage door took less than an hour. He was courteous and professional. The broken parts were removed and the work area was left clean. Very satisfied.

If you’re reading this review you don’t have to go any further to choose a terrific garage door repair or sales company Marvin was my technician call just like they said he was Toby was 70 minutes out got there in 17 minutes… :-) There’s been an issue with both garage doors have been painted and stuck and the openers just pull parts apart… Let him know we were selling the home he said well you don’t wanna spend a lot of money here’s what I can do… Siri had to go back to get some specialty angle iron in order to brace both doors up I told him he could come back two three days didn’t matter to me Marvin said I’ll be back today I want to clear this off and get you so you don’t have to worry about it Again call Rodney was 17 minutes out… :-) True to his word got there just then 30 minutes later both doors were working like champs I think they were probably better than they were before they got broken… LOL The reviews are correct! This is a quality company with quality individuals! Les
