I was looking for the best solution for my non-functioning garage door. Kevin showed up and might’ve been wearing a red cape! He swooped in and said all the right things to help me calm down about all the mess that things have been in. Within a few hours, he fixed my garage door and all access issues. He knew exactly what to do and made sure everything was working before he left. He was the perfect solution to what’s been not perfect lately. What a blessing!

Precision scheduled me for the same day which was important as it was Friday and the car was trapped in the garage until the broken spring was replaced. Kevin called before he came, giving me 30 minutes to get home from work. He was friendly and was able to solve a couple of other issues with a 65-year-old door. He then gave me some tips of how to maintain the door.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Precision Garage Door. I placed a call on New Year's Day and the phone was answered immediately. She arranged my service call for the next day. Marvin, my service technician, called before he arrived and to check to see if it was okay to come earlier than my scheduled time. Marvin was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. While there is never a good time for a garage door lift to go out, Precision came the next morning and took care of our system.
